"Vision what we want" think about it long enough and it will appear, right? while surface level that is true, it is so much more than picturing 'materialistic' things. It is living in the alignment of a person who would receive those things; and this is where intuition comes in. There are levels and layers, and depending where you are in your journey different methods and techniques are used for this elevation.

Energy Movement

The human body is an extremely intelligent container; however the mind is stronger. To deal with experiences in life the mind can store these as energy block in the body which can cause knots, tension and inflammation. Whether we have energy blocks from trauma or from he daily stresses of life; moving energy is always beneficial in brining peacefulness, clarity, gratitude and an overall better sense of being.
